Chloë is our Competition Manager, responsible for managing processes for specific competitions. She manages project timelines; liaises between competitor teams, clients and stakeholders; prepares briefing materials; and leads arrangements for site visits, workshops and jury interviews.
In addition, Chloë oversees research tasks within the team, contributes to the production of competition documentation, and drafts jury reports. She also carries out research for new projects and business opportunities, coordinates bids, supports on handling procurement issues and contributes to marketing MRC’s services.
Since joining MRC in 2022, Chloë has supported the delivery of multiple international and high-profile projects, including two masterplanning competitions to transform a major financial district in the Middle East, and the first edition of the AlMusalla Prize – a competition for the design of a prayer space for the 2025 Islamic Arts Biennale in Jeddah.
Chloë holds an MA (Hons) in Art History from the University of Edinburgh; and an MPhil in Modern Chinese Studies from the University of Oxford. Prior to MRC, Chloë held a research and administrative position at an international arts services business, as well as roles at Christie’s Auctioneers, London; the Ashmolean Museum, Oxford; and an art advisory in Kuala Lumpur.
In her spare time, Chloë enjoys travelling, visiting museums and galleries, and cooking.
