As Competition Manager, Chloë is responsible for organising and managing selected MRC competitions, working across the team to ensure processes are carried out effectively.

Chloë drafts and edits competition briefs and documentation; leads arrangements for site visits, workshops and jury meetings; and coordinates communications between clients, stakeholders and architects. In addition, she oversees research tasks within the team and manages the production of key documents, such as jury reports. She also carries out research for new opportunities.

Since joining MRC in 2022, Chloë has worked on many high-profile international competitions, including for the Museum of Jesus’ Baptism at Bethany, Jordan; Qatar’s permanent Pavilion at the Venice Biennale; the first edition of the AlMusalla Prize for the 2025 Islamic Arts Biennale; and two masterplanning competitions to transform a major financial district in the Middle East. She travels regularly to attend site visits and jury meetings, and relishes opportunities to meet with clients, juries and architects.

Prior to MRC, Chloë held a research and administrative position at an international arts services business, as well as roles at Christie’s Auctioneers, London; the Ashmolean Museum, Oxford; and an art advisory in Kuala Lumpur.

Chloë holds an MA (Hons) in Art History from the University of Edinburgh; and an MPhil in Modern Chinese Studies from the University of Oxford.
