Phoebe is our Projects’ Enabler, providing support across MRC’s competition processes.
She contributes to competition documentation – such as briefing materials and jury reports – liaises with clients and jurors, assists with bidding, and undertakes project-specific research.
Since joining MRC in 2023, Phoebe has supported the delivery of two masterplanning competitions for the transformation of a major financial district in the Middle East, as well as hospitality and adaptive reuse projects.
Architecture combines Phoebe’s interests in history, art, and culture. She is particularly interested in how buildings can define a city’s skyline and identity over time, as well as the balance between the expressive and functional aspects of architecture.
As well as being a Royal Ballet enthusiast, Phoebe enjoys skiing, exploring Europe and South-East Asia, and cooking.
Phoebe has a BA in French from Keble College, Oxford.
